Change Frequency of email Method

The knowplace Family of Sites Forums are often set up by the facilitator so that you will automatically receive copies of discussions and posts for the session that you are enrolled in. These copies are emailed to you. You might prefer to have these posts emailed to you once a day rather than every time someone posts.

To change the frequency by which you receive posts through your email you must go into your profile area and change the email method:

• Login;
• Find your name anywhere on the site;
• Click your name (it is hyperlinked);
• This takes you to your profile area;
• Look on the top right hand side of your profile and select: 'Show Advanced';
• Look half way down the page for email digest type;
• click the down arrow to see the three options:
  • No digest (single email per forum post)
  • Complete (Daily email with full posts)
  • Subjects (Daily email with subjects only)
• Choose the one you want; and
  
• Go to the very bottom of your profile and click on 'Save Changes'
